What happens at camp

Programme

Six days, from the welcome to the departure. Everything your child will do — session by session, night by night. The hour-by-hour grid is on the home page.

The programme may change. Times and activities are adjusted for weather, operations or safety, and the final version is sent to the family before departure.

Training

Quadra e areia, todo dia

Two sessions a day, split by level and by gender group.

    morning and afternoon

    Indoor sessions

Collective tactical-technical work, with the group split by level. It is the core of the week and where progress is measured.

    beach arena

    Sand sessions

The sand arena inside the venue. A different game, a different reading of space — and the part of the week that surprises indoor players most.

  • Fila de acampantes cumprimentando de maos altas antes do treino
    daily, 11 am

    Complementary session

Injury-prevention work and joint mobility. Plus video analysis or individual technical sessions.

    early afternoon

    Mental and group work

Sport psychology with the group: responding to mistakes, communicating on court and what to do when a match turns.

Clinics

Cada posto com quem vive aquele posto

The clinic is where the athlete steps out of the collective and trains what is theirs. Small groups, individual correction, and the guest coach on the court.

  • Wing: finishing from a tight angle, fast break and transition speed
  • Back: reading the defence, breaking passes and organising the attack
  • Pivot: positioning inside the defence, screening and close-range finishing
  • Goalkeeper: positioning, reading the shot and starting the fast break
  • Every position: shooting — decision before power

The finish

How the week ends

The last two days are competition, and the closing is what the family sees in the photos.

    days 04 and 05

    Indoor and beach competitions

The best way to learn is putting it into practice in the games. Full mornings and afternoons, with recreational activities in between.

    day 05, 8 pm

    Awards ceremony

Recognition for the week. Awards are not the assessment: they are separate, deliberately.

  • Disputa de bola no jogo de areia, atletas de colete verde e preto no salto
    after camp

    Certificate of participation

Each athlete's certificate, naming the sport and the session, emailed after the week.

    day 06, 10 am

    Departure

Breakfast, bags and the bus back to São Paulo.

The nights

O que acontece depois do jantar

Every night has a programme. It is where a group of strangers turns into a team — and the first thing the athlete talks about at home.

  • day 03, 8 pm

    H10 Hand Night

Handball at night on the floodlit court. The handball party.

  • day 02, 8 pm

    Opening

The night the camp really starts: teams, staff and the edition’s guests are introduced.

  • day 01, 8 pm

    Talk with the Ídolos

An open conversation with guest athletes and coaches — no stage, sitting with the group.

  • days 01 and 02

    Evening activity

Recreational games and whatever the recreation team comes up with. Not training: this is what mixes the group.

  • day 05, 9 pm

    H10 Sports Party

The party that closes the week, right after the awards ceremony.

Recreation

Free time is planned too

There is an hour of free time every day, and it is not empty: the recreation team is there, with an activity for those who want one and quiet for those who do not.

  • Pools and water slide, supervised and with a depth limit

  • Summer games, table games and pool sports

  • Open sand arena outside training hours

  • Group games between competition blocks

  • A celebration for anyone whose birthday falls during the session
